Elite Training Center Hermosa Beach and Redondo Beach Cross Promotion Took Place Saturday, November 1st

I am lucky. As an instructor at Elite Training Center, some of us are tasked to write about subjects that pertain to our school i.e. Krav Maga, MMA, Muay Thai Kickboxing, etc. So after a weekend promotion I don’t have to search so much to find a subject. Not that I normally have to. As many of you know I talk a lot (yeah yeah yeah too much). And I do appreciate when you laugh at my jokes regardless of them being witty, humorous…or neither.

I will however say that over the weekend there was something special happening during the promotion. I don’t know if it was seeing Jason Hidalgo go for his brown belt by battling a number of instructors after a brutal first few hours of push ups, jump squats, pad work, body conditioning, running, doing AVE C stairs or the fact that it was the first Muay Thai Kickboxing promotion for the Hermosa Beach Elite Training Center.

I do want to extend a huge congratulatory note to all of the people who promoted and tested. We don’t make the promotion/testing days easy.

Each of you earned your rankings. As we say, every person’s test is different. We are all different people. We are however connected by very similar goals; be the best people we can be, be the strongest people we can be, and be the happiest people we can be. We will sweat, bleed, and whisper disdain remarks (under our breath), but we keep showing up because we know how fantastic we feel in the end.
