Last weekend, I was fortunate to join my Elite colleagues in Big Bear to participate in the “Elite Retreat”. It was enlightening to share the day to day activities with my peers and ultimately become more familiar with my Elite family. Living together for a weekend, provided me the opportunity to listen closer and pick up valuable tips for which I will be able to utilize across all my projects.
As Elite instructors during the Elite Retreat , we worked together quite well. But, living together for a weekend provides the opportunity to truly get to know your peers. We all have open minds and are good spirited, and these traits truly added to the picture perfect weekend. Ironically, all of us (despite our strong personalities) agree that we are constantly evolving and open to new ideas to improve our work and personal lives. We all need a mentor and fortunately we have each other to provide sound advice.
Nonetheless, Brian is our notorious leader. He does it right! He manages us and teaches us the skills to be better people. We in turn perpetuate his teachings to our Elite students. I am eternally grateful for the opportunity to experience Big Bear Elite Retreat with my Elite family. What better way to spend a weekend then bonding and growing with my Elite family?
