Friday night Elite Training Center Instructor, James Moontasri knocked out his opponent in the second round with brutal uppercuts. James’s record is now 7-1.
James’s knockout marks the second victory by an Elite Training Center instructor within 5 days of each other. I write this to emphasize yet again, that the good folks of Elite Training Center still maintain a work ethic to show that the rewards are so much sweeter when we strive to achieve our goals. We are truly fortunate to have the opportunity to teach and our fighters are fortunate to do both.
James Moontasri, as Elite members know operates a children’s program that combines Krav Maga, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and wrestling. He also teaches Muay Thai clinics and MMA classes. He often speaks of how great an opportunity it is to teach and how fantastic everyone has been since he’s been with Elite.
Congratulations to James on his recent victory! Thank you to everyone at Elite who went to the fight, watched it on tv, and those who sent positivity his way.
Lastly, I wanted to share a recent Facebook post regarding James’s opponent:
“I just wanted to let everyone know that my opponent is doing well. Jordan Rinaldi was my biggest challenge inside the octagon and I was blessed to have it go my way that night. I hope he continues to compete because I know he is going to come back stronger. I have nothing but respect for him and will continue to follow his future successes.”
