Implementing better habits can make all the difference in your performance on the mat. By staying properly hydrated can make all the difference in having a great Kickboxing session at Elite Training Center or not. By regimenting not only the discipline to train, but also eating better can lead to better performances as well.

Although kickboxing, Krav Maga, kali / silat classes can be demanding we wouldn’t have them any other way. If your mind, one that isn’t hyper concentrated on food and water can stay focused on the task at hand, retention will persist and progress will be made.
