Jamie Crowder seminar
The Jamie Crowder seminar that took place on November 18th had a fantastic turnout! All the students from both basic and advanced kickboxing as well as the students and instructors from the other programs all showed up ready to train.The focus of the seminar was learning step by step the different types of footwork, distancing and timing through the contrast of tricky movement. Of coarse… later on during the seminar Jamie brought up a different approach to learning the contrast of movement focusing on more than just the person in front of you but everything around them, allowing you to see the smaller movements that help you react and see what your partner or opponent is up to! In conclusion I truly want to thank Jamie and Shihan Brain for putting it all together and of coarse all of the students for showing up and trusting in us to come and train with Jamie, experiencing his world class Thai boxing here at Elite Training Center.
