Another great seminar for Inosanto – Laureano Pag Kali by Guru Willie B Laureano. We are lucky to have access to such great information. Guru covered double stick and impact weapons in A Reality Based format. We all enjoy practicing our basics double stick counts, like the standards, heaven and earth. But the changes Guru Willie implements bring the Old World into the New World. Change is at the very core of evolution; there is nothing wrong with change, if it is in the right direction and as long as the fundamental principle is not violated. We practice a mixed system Silat/Arnis/Escrima/Kali here at Elite Training Center. The curriculum draws from the best of each system showing how the weapon hand corresponds to the empty hand applications. The footwork, angular attacks and destruction principles of Kali help to round out our students Krav Maga, Kickboxing, Combative Mixed Martial Arts, and Jiu-Jitsu.

Located in Redondo Beach, California, Elite Training Center is a martial arts studio focusing on self-defense and fitness. Students include South Bay residents and those in the Los Angeles region, male and female, adult and youth, those with no prior self-defense experience and those experienced in martial arts.
