Yes. We offer both on-site and off-site seminars tailored to a wide range of real‑world scenarios. These include anti-terrorism training, advanced weapons instruction, hostage‑rescue tactics, protective services, aircraft and bus interdiction, sniper and counter‑sniper training, and advanced patrol development.

LOTAR is a battle-tested defensive tactics system developed from Israel’s elite counter‑terror units and refined through real-world combat. It blends Krav Maga, Kapap system , and modern close‑quarter combat used by units like YAMAM, SAS, GIGN, and U.S. Navy SEALs. The system trains practitioners to neutralize threats quickly and instinctively using empty‑hand techniques, firearms, edged weapons, or improvised tools. LOTAR adapts to any environment—urban or rural, low visibility, varying terrain—and emphasizes both lethal and non‑lethal responses. At Elite Training Center, we teach an evolved version of LOTAR designed for military, law enforcement, and civilians seeking practical, effective close‑quarter skills.

Experience In The Field
Chief instructor, Brian Rauchbach, has over 15 years of operational experience in the professional security-contracting arena. While working in many international theaters of operation, Mr. Rauchbach worked with and was trained by many of the top operators from the most elite Counter Terror units in the world. While maintaining the LOTAR/Kapap system as its foundation, Mr. Rauchbach has also integrated the many different Close Quarter Combat styles that he utilized during this time, adding to the system’s effectiveness.
Other instructors have been involved in international personal protection, local law enforcement, Army Rangers, U.S. Navy SEALS, and other U.S. special operations groups. Collaborating, they have modified and enhanced the defensive tactics within the LOTAR system to be the most useful and effective within the market now. The system is truly designed for real-world self-defense and security-based operations.
