Stress
Stress is a very big part of everyone’s day, its a big part of my day going from school, to work, to family matters and back to studying. I can only imagine what other people are going through within their lives that causes stress from work to kids. When people go through the day with the stress just building and building it can take a toll on their body, I know it does on mine. I’ve included a link that goes onto talking about how training and exercise can be used as a way to deal with stress. Its that feeling you get after you’ve gotten a chance to step on the mat clear your mind learn something new whether it be Muay Thai, MMA, Krav Maga, or Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Just that one hour that you trained or exercised in can help clear your mind and help you feel refreshed and stress free, ready to take on the world
